Quality: The most known and used, we need to apply because in fact, if we don’t apply quality policies we aren’t in capacity and level to compete in a market with many competence.

Customer First: That’s the principal policie that we have to handle, because from that aspect depends the earning, the increase of market share, and the establishment of the brand image, principally, and more in the fast food industry, as there’s so much competence, what we need to do is create loyalty, the sense of love and fidelity, the fact that they prefer us over the rest of the company because exist some kind of feeling.

Love to work: If the employees don’t love what they do, we can’t grow, we can’t show the customer service orientation that we will use as the company’s culture. It’s also controlled by the manager, generating motivation to employees creating internal love for the company.

Grooming and hygiene: That affect in the image of the distributor car, if people perceive a bad policy in hygiene, simply he wouldn’t return to buy us, it’s more for the help of good image at the moment of the purchase.

Flexibility: Policy related with customer service, giving to client what he wants without affect the control and internal processes; but also, internal flexibility according to helpful sense, collaborating in different process, in order to the business grow.

Honesty: Policy that we establish in order to above internal problems and conflicts with employees, we also verify that in the moment of contract.

MANAGEMENT

Management: consist of five basic activities: planning, organizing, motivating, staffing, and controlling. These activities are imortsnt to assess in strategic planning because an organization should continiually capitalize on its management strenghts and improve on its management weak areas.

Planning:is is the essential bridge between yhe present and the future that increases the likehood of achieving desired results. Including specific task such as forecasting, establishing objectives, devising strategies, developing policies and setting goals.

Organizing: focuses on achive coordinate effort by fefining task and authority relationships, and who does what and who reports to whom. It musy be consist in work specialization, departments, and authority. All this to create a clear organizational structure, where the span of control is defined, chain of comand is created and jobs are design, defined and analyzed.
Knowing that we are starting a new and small company, we clearly minimize costs due to the monetary limit that we have ( $ 10 '000,000 ), by which we will start with an organizational structure simple therefore it will not have many divisions or levels.




Job specialization: Executive, with capabilities with human resources management. Able to propound creative ideas like a way to achieve short and long terms proposed by the Company. Attitude to face and solve problems, and capable to propose quickly solutions. Person responsible of supervision in all areas, and in charge of marketing and structural aspects in the company. (There is not an specific time required of work experience, more than 23 years old required).
Job specialization: Dining technician, specialized in Mexican food. Capabilities of communication and able to develop good relationships, especially with the costumers. Is responsible for the organization and creation of the food menu.(There is not an specific time required of work experience, minimum 18 years old required).
Job specialization: Technical accounting, or bookkeeper. Also responsible of raw materials control in aspects of receive and allocate. In charge of the management of receipts, and responsible to solve and receiving costumer’s complaints. Responsible for the proper development of activities in the workplace.(There is not an specific time required of work experience, more than 23 years old required).

Will Perform the work of cashier inside meal car, also will make the rol of an accountant, will be responsible for keeping the accounts of the day and give results to the Manager, receive and deliver the money to customers, are required to perform analysis of financial information and suggestions for use their monetary resources.

CONTROLLING
Arrange to be the distributor of food to shopping meals every morning, will also oversee the budget to control spending, work schedules, responsible for training employees. Must be willing to provide assistance in times of hard work.
Minimum Education: Technical in Business Administration or Business Administration professional
Experience: Minimum 1 year experience
Salary: 1,200,000 - 1,400,000 monthly COP (includes social benefits)

STAFFING

Burrito Sabanero will give to each employee two free sundays per month, then employees will have time to rest during the week and to share with their family.

Our work Schedule is pretty flexible with the goal of letting all employees progress in their studies if they are in a period of the semester that is full of exams, they can get extra free time to achieve their personal objectives

As it is known Burrito Sabanero is open to new ideas, therefore there will be a moment during the end of the month that employees can give new ideas to the general manager with the objective of improve the service or the product, the idea will be evaluated and studied.

Burrito Sabanero is willing to make anual celebrations such as the end of the year, or Halloween, Love and friendship and so on. That makes all employees work harder because if the profits are high the celebration will be better.

Encourging employees to continue their studies make stronger Burrito Sabanero, then we will give scholarships to do technical courses.

Monthly we will be analyzing the performance of each employee in his work and for those who stand out from the others will be rewarded with a gift voucher or discount to some warehouse. This will be taken from customer service surveys.
