OBJECTIVES

Long term objectives:   

  • Establish the brand in Bogota, impacting positively in the mind of people, in two years.

  • Bee the selling point of fast food with most recognized in the location of Usaquen

  • For 2020 we want to expand the service to the principal cities in Colombia (Medellin, Cali, Barranquilla, Cartagena)   

  • To be identified as the fast food business with one of the best customer service in the country   

  • Be a company committed to society and the environment , using solar panels on food cars as a form of innovation.

  • Implement new ingredients , adding more variety to the menu.

  • Increase a 5% of the market share

Short-term Objectives:

  • Recover the investment in 6 months

  • Create a personal testing to work for employees to improve knowledge and quality service.

  • Achieve a loyalty level of 50%.   

  • Achieve an earning margin of 15% by the end of the first year   

  • Achieve a level of 800 likes and views in our social networks (Facebook principally)   

  • Get a 70% of level in Customer Satisfaction.

  • Make alliances with three or four companies -near of the food truck- for orders, and implement the home service with them.
